Illustration Friday (I spy)

My grandparents always had a bowl of candy in their living room. I couldn’t understand why they didn’t eat all the candy at once! I remember that I used to stare at that glass bowl; you were only allowed one little candy. I tried to keep it in my mouth for as long that I could. I must confess that it happened that I used to spy if the room was empty and sneak in and took a bit of candy… Always with a guilty conscience afterwards…

Very nice! I wouldn't have waited to charge the candy dish and that is why I would have been caught. Great work.

It's great! You can almost hear angels singing from the candy bowl.

that is fantastic! I love your style! Very warm. I also love that you have to search for the little spy!

My grandparents had a candy dish too...actually several, in different rooms! My mother did not allow us to eat candy at home, but it was OK when we were guests, so it made visiting my grandparents an even sweeter experience! :-) A cute picture, bringing back many fond memories.

Du är lika duktig med akvarell som att sy ser jag! :) Kul historia, jag förstår fortfarande i vuxen ålder inte hur man kan låta bli att äta upp när det finns framme. *fnissar*
