The day of the Tulip

The 15th of January it is the day of the Tulip here is Sweden. Between Christmas and Easter it sells almost 1 million tulips a day, and that is just in Sweden!! The tulip is our most popular cut flower. We even buy more tulips then they do in Holland if you see to per capita. And I can tell you that I am mad about tulips too, like the rest of the Swedes! So I think you maybe get to see a tulip or two in my blog a couple of times more… :-)

Thanks for sharing a bit of culture. I live in Holland, although am an expat, and the fascination with tulips fascinates me!
Enjoy those gorgeous flowers!
